For this project the client needed additional space to accommodate elderly family coming to live with them.  They were unable to extend the footprint and initially thought they would have to move.  We designed a new 2nd floor incorporating a huge master suite, 2 additional bedrooms both with their own bathrooms and walk in closets, a laundry room, landing and 2 story entrance foyer.  We also renovated 70% of the downstairs including a further 3 bathrooms, the kitchen and all floors throughout.  The siding and exterior trim was also replaced to match the new addition.
