University Faculty Building
This project was a remarkable transformation of a neglected and abandoned dormitory building into a state-of-the-art faculty facility. The scope of work was extensive, including a complete gutting of the interior and removal of the roof. In addition, a new floor was added to comply with zoning height regulations, and the entire building was brought up to code with new construction requirements.
The interior of the building was masterfully reconstructed to include a fourth floor for administrative offices, while the second and third floors were converted into classrooms, a chapel, and seminary. The first floor was dedicated to a library, conference rooms, and multi-function spaces.
To further enhance the building’s aesthetic appeal, a striking four-story foyer was added, complete with a welcoming reception area. The front and side elevations were also adorned with laminated wood beam accents. New concrete ramps, steps, and sidewalks were installed to ensure accessibility, while water-conserving landscaping added a touch of environmental responsibility.
Conversion To A Doctors Office
Transforming a ground floor space into a fully functional and state-of-the-art medical facility, complete with three consultation rooms, a spacious waiting area, reception desk, staff kitchen and break room, multiple staff bathrooms, patient restrooms, private offices, and other essential amenities required for a top-quality doctors’ office.
Retail Tenant Improvements
These projects involved enhancing the retail sector, with the first one entailing the conversion of an existing mall unit into a stylish clothing store, while the second one involved the transformation of two ground-floor units in a new high-rise development into a high-end grocery and deli.
